To log in to Westerra Online Banking and Bill Pay, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Look for your new Online Banking and Bill Pay password in the mail.

2.  All former Jeffco account numbers are now eight digits, with 80 added as the first two numbers. Fill any remaining spaces after the 80 with zeroes.  Your username will now be your new expanded account number followed by your last name in lowercase.

Examples: 123456 becomes 80123456smith 
                  4321 becomes 80004321smith

(If your last name is hyphenated, use the name to the left of the hyphen.  If you have a space in your last name, use only the name before the space.)

2. To log in to Westerra Online Banking and Bill Pay, use your new expanded account number with your last name as shown above.

3. Use the password you received in the mail.

4. Once you have logged in, you can use the "Self Service" tab to change your username and password.
