Payroll Deduction

Payroll deduction is the regular and automatic deduction of funds from your paycheck to apply to specific Credit Union accounts. You simply determine the amount and distribution of the deduction to your Savings, Loans, IRAs, and/or your Holiday Club account.

24-Hour Phone Banking

For Transfers, Account Info, Loan Payments and More…

Phone Banking is a FREE, easy-to-use way to get account information 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. All you need is a telephone, your account number and your personal identification number. You then have access to your balances, you can transfer funds between your accounts, pay a loan, find out when a particular check cleared, and much more. 24-Hour Phone Banking makes access to your Credit Union as close as the nearest telephone. Simply call when it’s convenient for you and the automated system will walk you through the process to make the inquiries or transfers you need.

Getting Started

To sign up, simply call 303-320-7774 (from the 303 or 720 area codes) or 1-800-858-7213 (toll-free from outside the Denver metro area) and the 24-Hour Phone Banking system will lead you through the process. For the main menu of services, press 1. The system will then ask for your account number and access code (personal identification number). The first time you use the system, simply create your own access code with a minimum of 4 digits. For security purposes, the system will then ask you to create a second different access code with a minimum of 6 digits. You will need to use both codes each time you use the system. It will then ask you to select one of the primary menu options:

* Press 1 for Balance Inquiries
Savings, checking or loan account balances

* Press 2 for History Inquiries
Savings, checking or loan account transaction history, including ATMs, ACH, payroll and last deposits or loan payments

* Press 3 for Check Withdrawals
Withdrawals by check from a checking or savings account—or a loan advance by check

* Press 4 to Transfer Funds
Transfer funds between savings, checking or loan accounts, make a mortgage payment or request a credit card advance

* Press 5 for the Checking Menu
Learn which checks have cleared, make a stop payment, or request acopy of a check

* Press 6 for Loan Information
Loan and mortgage payment information, payoff amounts or loan advance totals

* Press 7 for Additional Options
Year-to-date dividends, interest and IRA contributions, or make menu
changes such as your access codes or the account number you are inquiring about

24-Hour Phone Banking is designed to make access to your accounts easier and more convenient. Please listen carefully as the system guides you through the entire process.
