To log in for the first time, you will need to enroll in the new system. Please follow the instructions below:

1.  All former Jeffco account numbers are now eight digits, with 80 added as the first two numbers. Fill any remaining spaces after the 80 with zeroes.

Examples: 123456 becomes 80123456 
                  4321 becomes 80004321

2.  To log in to Westerra Online Banking, use your new expanded account number.

3.  You will need to have the Social Security Number and Date of Birth of the primary member on the account to enroll in the new system. You will then be asked to answer security questions.

4. Once you are enrolled, you will be able to choose a new username and password.
