Westerra New Online Banking System
If you are having problems logging on to Westerra'sNew Online Banking System, please follow these instructions and troubleshooting tips. ALL WESTERRA MEMBERS (except bill pay users) NEED TO ENROLL IN OUR NEW ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM.
Enrolling Instructions:
1 On the login page, click on "Enroll in Online Banking" in blue font on the lower left side.
"Accept" the disclosures.
2. Enter your account number, social security number, and birth date.
3. Select a username, and a password of six or more characters. Then click "continue".
4. If you have successfully enrolled in online banking, sign in using your new username and password and answer the security questions.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Account number: your account number is your basic membership number without individual account identifying numbers. For example, do not include 08 or 09 after the membership number.
Social security number: use the social security number of the primary account holder, with or without dashes.
Birth date: enter the primary account owner's birth date using the format shown on the enrollment page.
Username: any username is acceptable including your previous username.
Password: passwords must be at least six characters long.
