I have been a Westerra member since I was stationed at Lowry Air Force Base in the late 1970's. I have moved several times and Westerra has always been my home base bank. My most impressive experience was about five years ago when I wanted to obtain a loan to fulfill my lifelong dream of owning my own swimming pool. I called Westerra at 8 a.m. to apply for the loan over the phone. I had prior positive experiences with Weterrra for car loans, etc. Within 30 minutes Westerra called back to say the loan had been approved. The loan is paid off and we will be enjoying that pool for many more years. :-)

Prompt responses no matter which format I communicate in. I really appreciate the bank-by-phone service from both the customer service staff and the automated SAL system. I bank on-line as well but my most frequent contact is through the automated phone system. It's fast and easy no matter where I am.
