The Westerra Credit Union School Grant Program strives to enhance students’ learning experiences by providing for items such as art supplies, sports fees and equipment, after school programs, workbooks or other programs your school determines most beneficial.
All Denver Public Schools, Douglas County Schools and Jeffco Public Schools may apply. The grant application must be reviewed and signed by the school principal. Please limit one request per school per year.
Average grant size will be approximately $400 – $700 and will be issued to schools or departments (not individuals).
Grant awards will be announced approximately two weeks following the due date. Westerra will then coordinate presentation or delivery of the grant funds with your school. If you are selected to receive a grant, please share the successes and outcomes after funds are used. Letters, quotes, stories or photos may be published on our website or other Westerra materials.
