Denver, Colorado – March 26, 2024 - Due to continuing popularity, Westerra Credit Union announces the return of its highly acclaimed First-Time Homebuyer virtual seminar. This one-day-only presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. MT.
The seminar will provide invaluable information and insights to attendees, as well as tools to navigate the complexities of the housing market. This will empower them to make well-informed decisions as they pursue their homeownership goals. Topics will include pre-approvals, debt-to-income ratios, tips for a down payment, and more.

The seminar will be presented by Westerra’s experienced mortgage loan officers, offering attendees the chance to ask questions and receive personalized advice.
