PIN Activation
A PIN Mailer is no longer required to activate your Westerra debit or credit card! Simply call 1-866-762-0558 and business members will be required to enter in the last 4-digits of their SSN or their EIN number; this is based on what is reflected on their account. Once the card is activated, they will be prompted to select their PIN. If a member already has an active card and calls 1-866-762-0558, the message will say that the card is already activate and ask if you would like to update your PIN.
Get paid early
All payments get to your account the day they arrive — and your employees who are members get paid up to two days early with direct deposit.
