I appreciate the exceptional job Westerra's staff did during the passing of my mother in October 2009.
I remember my mom tried so hard to get me to join the credit union but I had a credit union and never found the time to join until she passed away in October 2009. My sister and I had to settle her estate and the service we received was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, kind, and caring. There was no waiting in line. We were seen right away. They knew exactly what to do in our case. Another banking institution gave us the run around, we waited around to see this person and that person and it took all day. One day I left in tears. You don't know how nice it was to receive such great service from the employees at Westerra Credit Union during that time. As far as me and my family, we will be lifetime members. Lesson learned. Mom is always right.
