Lost or Stolen Card

We are sorry that your card has been lost or stolen. To expedite reporting and replacement of your card, please do the following:

To report your card as lost or stolen:  Call 1-888-241-2510, 24 hours a day.

To receive a new debit or credit card:

  1. Call 303-321-4209 or 1-800-858-7212 during business hours.
  2. Visit one of our branch locations to have your Debit, Classic, Platinum or Select card issued instantly.
  3. Contact us via secure email through online banking
    • Log into Online Banking.
    • Click on the email envelope in the top navigation and then click on "Compose Message."

For all reissued cards, your new card number and expiration date are automatically updated with any merchants or billers where you have set up automated payments, if they are enrolled in the Visa Account Updater program. View the full list of merchants/billers who automatically receive updates to card numbers and expiration dates. 

Please note: Cards sent by mail will arrive in 4 to 7 business days. You will also receive a new PIN, which can be changed by calling 1-800-503-9249 and using the reference number on your PIN mailer.
